Ever wanted to know which of your clients should be invited to the end of year party? Now you can find out easily by using tags, but what are they?

Tags are a way to organise your clients and contacts into categories that are more easily searchable. Finding out about your customers has never been easier.

Tags are user configurable and are useful for specific purposes such as part of a mailing campaign or email list. If you want to send a mailing campaign to your commercial clients, have a tag called “Commercial Clients.” If you want to send an email to your residential clients only, create a tag called “Residential Clients.” If you want to keep things even more simple, have a general tag “Commercial” and “Residential.” Why? Because then you don’t have to separate out opportunities and clients. Everyone is included in a mailing or email. It is completely up to you.

Kendo upgrade

We use Kendo ASP.NET MVC Controls by Telerik to render our data components. The responsive and adaptive capabilities of the MVC controls allows us to build intuitive interfaces easily and quickly.

One feature of Kendo UI that is integral to inScope are the Grids. Being able to filter, sort and group data on the fly with the data in the grid makes searching for data very easy. Users can also save custom gird settings such as column structure, sorting, filtering, or paging state, and load them in subsequent app sessions. The feature is particularly useful when individual users need to view custom information.
